You can cancel within 30 days of signing up and receive a full refund, less the one-time non-refundable $25 enrollment fee.
Discount Dental plans are NOT insurance and are not intended to replace health insurance. These discount dental plans are NOT Qualified Health Plans under the Affordable Care Act. The range of discounts will vary depending on the plan, provider, service, and geographic location. The plans do not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers.
